Steep crags and rocks overgrown with unique vegetation give the gorge its unique charm.

While visiting the place, it is also worth checking out the nearby Orthodox church located in Jaworki (it is called the Church of St. John the Baptist). Certain sections of yellow, blue and green trails lead from Szczawnica to the gorge in question (it takes about 4h 30 min to reach it). One can also reach the place by car, driving from the side of Jaworki.
